Not Everyone Likes Provillus
Here are some Provillus reviews—both bad and good—from real men and women who have used the product. These reviews aren’t affiliated with Provillus in any way. They were posted on hair loss message boards, forums, and places like Amazon.com. First the positive, then the negative.
Provillus Reviews—The Positive
“[Provillus for Women] is great, I have been using this product for 3 months now and I have seen great improvement, my friends and family also notice the difference…The vitamins I do not take as often as I should but the hair drops I use 2x per day (mornings and at bedtime) and it really works. Before I started using this product I spent hundreds of dollars on products that promised results, I did biopsy, I wore wigs, I paid over $500 to weave my hair which ended up making it worse and nothing helped. I was so depressed about my hair until I started to use Provillus.”
“After 6 weeks I am seeing some incredibly positive results. It is early days yet so we’ll see, but I am genuinely pleased if not somewhat surprised with the Provillus results. You can be skeptical about this post. I would indeed encourage a certain amount of healthy skepticism. I’m not trying to convince anyone of anything. I just felt the need to post this in light of my results and seeing many people who have not even tried the product dismissing it.”
“My mother’s hair was quite thin as a result of some of the medication she takes. While this sounded like a bizarre Mother’s Day gift, I gave the Provillus [for Women] to her as her Mother’s Day gift. Well, there is definite new hair growth!”
“Works for me, seriously. I hated the side effects of Propecia and did not really work. Then I tried Revivogen for several years—messy. Then went to Procerin—not sure why I changed. Provillus is by far the best. My hair is thicker. It took about 3 months to see any improvements. I started noticing the difference when I shampoo my hair. The scalp wasn’t smooth anymore. I’ve been using Provillus for about a year.”

Provillus Reviews—The Negative
“I’ve been taking Provillus for only a few days, but already I’ve experienced some reasonably bad gastro problems and some constipation (charming topic, I know). I’ve been reading that saw palmetto can cause these side effects.”
“I have used Provilus for over a year now and I am not sure if it works. [They] said it may take over 6 months for results, so I waited, up to a year now, and I’m not gaining any hair. The amount of hair I have is the same as a year ago, but on the positive side I haven’t lost any more. Recently I have looked into hair transplantation. I’m thinning on top but still have hair. A transplant will cost me around $3K which is what I’m planning to try next. I have found that even with a transplant, the doctor recommends a maintenance program such as Provillus.
“Used the product for 4 months and did not see any change. I was just taking the pills though not the overall treatment. I’m sure mixed with the proper minoxidil treatment (like the company recommends) then it works fine.”
“I’ve been using Provillus (both the topical solution and dietary supplement) for approximately the last 8 months, although not very consistently I admit. It’s somewhat difficult to tell, but it may have slowed my rate of hair loss to some extent.”
